Symptoms

When attempting to click infolet details, the following error occurs.

ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #1

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as a Help Desk Agent
2. In the analytics section at the bottom of the page, click on the "Waiting on Me" infolet
3. Click on any Reference Number to drill down to the Detailed Report. The error appears
