Cost Changes Not Available When Trying To Search on Manage Cost Changes Screen (Doc ID 2579416.1)

After creating a supplier cost change by item, the items are getting updated after running required batches however the cost change is not visible on Cost>Manage Cost Change>Search by Item or Cost Change ID.

What is the reason of this behavior?
