On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas

Getting Error while drilling from Account > Territory

We are getting Application Error ( Video attached) while drilling down from Account to Territory.

ERROR

An application error has occurred.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Account Landing Page
2. Click on Sales Region or Sales Area or any DCL dependent on Territory Object
3. Territory page opens.
4. Click on any subtab on Territory edit page.
5. Received an error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access Territory edit page subtabs when drilling down from a DCL
