Goal

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Analytics

Tag field value of service request is not reflecting in BIA report

Tag can be created by admin and nonadmin roles. If it is created by admin "ADMINISTRATOR_CREATED_FLAG" will be "Y" and rest all will be "N".

The report was created with Analytics: Service - CRM Service Requests Tags Real Time Subject Area
We do find the Tag for some SR's in BIA report in which tags which are created by admin (where ADMINISTRATOR_CREATED_FLAG is "Y").
We are not able to see SR's in BIA report in which tags which are created by nonadmin (where ADMINISTRATOR_CREATED_FLAG is "N")

So, how to display all SR's record and associated Tags, regardless of ADMINISTRATOR_CREATED_FLAG?

Steps taken:
(1) Created a BIA report using Service - CRM Service Requests Tags Real Time subject area
(2) Not able to see all result of SR's with associated Tags.
(3) Tags which are created by admin only visible in BIA report
(4) Tags which are created by non-admin is not visible in BIA report
