Symptoms

When a new hire attempts to enter a basic eSignature on the task "Acknowledge Fitness Policy, the below error message is received:

Your full name must be exactly the same as the full name available in our records. Try again. (PER-1532291)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the new hire checklist task > Attempt to sign your name via DocuSign
2. Receive the above error message
