Symptoms

Customer Profile Tabs Doesn't Work In Agent Console.

User navigates to customer profile and clicking on various tabs for e.g. Account Address Book or Order History doesn't open the new page and it remains on the same view.
 
Also, Cart Page didn't open if you click on Create new Order or "View Cart 1 item" link.
