Symptoms

 On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, CX Integration

Unable to download BICC extract logs
Navigation steps:-

1) login to BICC
2) click Help> Downloadlogs
3) select either download latest logs or download all logs
4) getting error "The file was not downloaded or was not downloaded correctly."
