ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Home Phone # Displaying as *s in OSC Contact and Opportunity Objects
Users can no longer see the home phone number of contacts. It is important for them to see the primary (home) phone number on the Contact and Opportunity objects in order for them to do their jobs, but now they must exit out of the Contact or Opportunity object and click into the Lead object in order to see the phone numbers of their contacts. They only see asterisks instead of numbers in the home phone number fields within the Contact and Opportunity objects.

Users should be able to see the Home Phone number under Contact or Opportunity.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users must exit out of Contact or Opportunity and enter Lead object in order to see Home Phone number, decreasing performance.
