Fusion Health & Safety - Manager is not Able to Edit Closed Investigation

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Health and Safety manager on behalf of Pre-approver, Reviewer and Approver has marked all as Completed. Once its saved, the manager can't edit any of the fields in that Investigation. Moreover, the Approver has Rejected it but still it has been Closed.
Once it is closed, the manager might require to re-open or to edit any of the dates. How can this be done?
