Import Costs In Error When The Process Is Scheduled (Doc ID 2580554.1)

Why when scheduled 'Import Costs' standard process: with an Admin user, the first run is good but the second one ends in 'Retrying' status. Then, when the 3rd run is launched, the second one has its status updated with 'Error'?
There is no error message which could explained to me what is the root cause of the issue.
