Scenario: A customization needs to be deleted in order to confirm or rule the customization out as the cause of an issue, but the full path of the customization, which is required to preform the deletion, is not clear.

Purpose: This document provides step to identify the required file path and delete the customization.


Customers and their System Integrator or responsible for resolving any problems related to the customization, personalization, or extensions.
