OAC: "nQSError: 77031" Error Displayed When Accessing Data Using the Remote Data Connector (Doc ID 2580975.1)

Symptoms

You have configured the Remote Data Connectot to access a data source in your On-Premise data center.  After some time, when you try to access analyses in your OAC instance you get see this error:

State: HY000. Code: 77031. [nQSError: 77031] Error occurs while calling remote service DatasourceService. Details: [JDSError : 65822721] Failed creating a jdbc connection from jndi name <data_source> - 

Cause: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceLimitException: No resources currently available in pool <pool> to allocate to applications, please increase the size of the pool and retry.. 

Action: Check the jndi settings. Consult the log file for the details (HY000)
