Symptoms

 While planning to apply latest patches on OAC-C, precheck fails because of insufficient free space.

Failure: [Error precheck failed on <instance_name>, message is Insufficient free space available in [ORACLE_HOME] to apply patch. At least ## Gb of free space is needed, but only ## Gb is free]
