Symptoms
The manager rating while conducting an evaluation is blank on the responsive pages. The rating model includes only decimals and no other text.
1. Create a rating model with decimals and integers
2. Create a performance evaluation using the rating model
3. The manager is unable to select a value in the rating of the goal - no values
4. Classic UI displays the ratings.
