Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to balance May2019 Payroll due to an employee who has run results in May2019 period but his record has a start date of 3-Jun-2019.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
How do we fix this record and what has caused it? It appears a user changed Start Date & the Seniority Date of the employee.  Should this be possible if run results exist?

1. Run payroll calculation process
