Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Position change is overriding the working hours and this is effecting the Payroll. We initially changed the working hours from 37.5 to 40 which changes the FTE. But while changing the position, the working hours is overridden to 37.5 instead of keeping 40 which is effecting the Payroll, we clicked the warning message as "No" while changing the position.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Working hours should not change.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Set the Standard Working Hours at the Enterprise level as 37.5.

Perform the following steps:

1. Search for an employee
2. Manage Employment
3. Update Assignment -> Change Working Hours to 40
4. Submit.

After this step, change the employee position:

1. Search for same employee
2. Manage Employment
3. Update -> Change position
4. Submit

The working hours are changed to 40.
