Lead and Contact created from Eloqua does not show the Lead in the Lead Subtab of the Contact (Doc ID 2581269.1)

Symptoms

Customer created both Contact and the Lead from Eloqua.

The Contact is showing on the Contact Sub Tab of Lead but if they drill down to the Contact and check the Lead Sub Tab under the Contact, it does not show any Lead
