Assigned To Is Blank After Queue Assignment. (Doc ID 2581319.1)

I have configured queue assignment and it is working fine. Once SR is gets created, automatic queue assignment takes place and queue is assigned.
However, after queue assignment, the Assigned to field is blank. It should assign the resource which is configured in the Queue.
