Manage Administrator Profile Values Stuck with Fetching Data (Doc ID 2581463.1)

Symptoms

The Manage administrator Profile Values page in Setup and Maintenance is stuck.  The page freezes and says "Fetching Data".
 
The last work users did in this page was the configuration of the ORACLE.ADF.VIEW.ALLOWED_ORIGINS. This problem happens for all users when searching for any field.  Users expect Manage Administrator Profile Values in Setup and Maintenance to display properly.
