Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Data Load
When attempting to load PostingDetails for Job Requisitions for candidates with HDL ,
the following error occurs.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Data Exchange
2. HCM Data Loader / Import and Load Data
3. Import File / Import Local File / Browse- select zip -click submit button
