Symptoms

When attempting to extract BI report output,

the following error occurs.

oracle.xdo.memoryguard.XDODataSizeLimitException: Report data size (1240583079 bytes) exceeds the maximum limit (524288000 bytes). Stopped processing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run BI Publisher Report
2. Extract the report output
