Symptoms

A user is already logged in BI (analytics or xmlpserver) and all of a sudden:

Receiving Internal Server error 500 messages

OR

Cannot edit the report at all - generating Unable to edit report. Please contact Administrator error

OR

Cannot edit the report at all - the error page is grayed out and you cannot see the error message

OR

Can edit the report, but when linking the data model it doesn't link it and it's still grayed out
