Symptoms

 1. Upon requesting the Equifax I9 Onboarding (Transitions) passport service, a Taleo splash screen appears with the error:

Note: The Response XML is something that requires Taleo integration support to look at, it is not visible to customers. 

 

Changes

When this error occurs, the service is typically either newly configured or being updated. (Transitions Administration > Services).
