1. Upon requesting the Equifax I9 Onboarding (Transitions) passport service, a Taleo splash screen appears with the error:
2. The Equifax I-9 task's history (in Transitions application) shows the following events:
- The following error occurred while requesting the service "I-9 Management" to provider Equifax : "A communication failure occurred. HTTP communication failure: Bad Request (400)".
- The following error occurred while redirecting user Test Equifax to the web application of provider Equifax: “Failed to create partner request: A communication failure occurred. HTTP communication failure: Bad Request (400)”.
If this error occurs it typically happens when the service is newly configured, or after changing settings for the service (Transitions Administration > Services).
