ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Rows are merging in the Excel when exporting the Analysis report
Customer formated the data in the column properties to get the message from HTML input.
While exporting the data from the analysis to excel, we could observe that rows are merging in the output.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The export should not have merged cells.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit column properties Data Format to Treat as HTML as a workaround to remove the HTML tags for the Feedback Comments column.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot filter the excel export due to the merged rows.
