Goal

In 19c Customer is scheduling web reports, via Web Reports screen > Scheduling, to run every some time with a range of recurrence from now and into a future date, for example Dec-2020

Save the report and it, the report gets scheduled

Edit the schedule, the range of recurrence end date has changed to today's date, hence the reports run fine for the day it was scheduled but no longer as intended.
