Accept Incentive Compensation Plan Document Approval Via Email Is Not Working

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When user accept the compensation plan document approval notification via email, an auto generated response from the system returns the message:
Your response to this notification was not processed.
Retry sending email later. You can also login to worklist application to act on pending tasks.
1. Analyst submit the compensation plan for approval
2. User received an email workflow approval notification
3. User click on Accept action in the email notification and get the error message
Due to this issue, users cannot accept plan document.
