Goal

Number of records processed seen in Process details of 'Changes Only' extract run does not match with number of records picked in the file.
This was working as expected till GSI_REL13.1904-20190705 applied. Seeing a mismatch since GSI_REL13.1904-20190705 was applied.
Issue occurs in Changes Only runs only.

37 records were processed and came up in the file, but it shows as 2023 in the screen.
Before Patch, the numbers shown in screen and processed records matched.
