Symptoms

Fails to create a Java Cloud Service (JCS) instance attached to a Private Subnet on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) caused by PSM-LSM-03001, PSM-LSM-01002 and PSM-LCM-01105. The errors are logged on an activity log as follows.
