Goal

There is an employee for which 401k catchup contributions have stopped processing.

His last contribution was DATE1 and his YTD balance is VALUE1. He has a 4% deferral and 4% catch-up. It did not process since DATE2 and he has not met the IRS cap of VALUE2.
