When running a custom extract, the extract runs correctly the first day. The second day it is using first days date. As a result, the extract does not pull any data.

Example: An Extract was scheduled to run on Monday and then run daily starting Tuesday Morning. An effective date of 7/9/2019 was used for the file and scheduled it to run starting 7/9/2019 at 6:30 am. The first day the report ran correctly. The second day, the report ran using an effective date of yesterday (rather than today). This is incorrect.
