Symptoms
When attempting to run OTBI report, the following error occurs:

State: HY000. Code: 14070. [nQSError: 14070] Cannot find logical table source coverage for logical columns: [PER_LOCATIONS_DF_REGION_]. Please check more detailed level keys are mapped correctly. (HY000)
