OAC: Configure and Register Data Gateway for Visualization Failed with Error: 'Invalid OAC URL' (Doc ID 2582494.1)

Goal

On OAC 105.3.0 version, trying to connect On-premises Data Sources using Data Gateway.

Configuring Data Gateway as per the steps provided - Configure and Register Data Gateway for Visualization. All the steps are followed but Connection unsuccessful during 'Test connection' due to some proxy settings are not enabled to reach the Oracle Analytics cloud, received the error message-

Error: Invalid OAC URL
