Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the Resource Assignment View in the P6 Professional client, Resource Assignment Actual Hours totals in are incorrect in the timescale. The values do not match what was entered into the Timesheets or custom BI Publisher report on resource spread.

For example: P6 Professional total for particular month = 11615.97, but Report total = 5657.00

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The values between the Pro client, P6 Web, and report should match.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Professional and verify resource totals for the project in the Resource Assignment view.
  2. Login to P6 Web and verify resource totals in Resources > Assignments (for this project)
  3. Go to Reports in P6 Web and run desired resource report
  4. Compare monthly values to P6 Pro and Web
