Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Agents Cannot Access the Agency Portal (Doc ID 2582700.1)

Problem Description:

A newly-created agent cannot see the Agency Portal.

Once the agent is created under Recruiting Agencies, the agent signs in and is unable to access the Agency Portal.
