Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Plans

When attempting to loading data to planning central table using rest API
the following error occurs in post man.
Facing bad gateway time out for records more than 2619 and when count less than 2619, its working fine.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Through Post man Trying to load data with rest API as mentioned in the Oracle doc
2. URI: /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/supplyChainPlans/{PlanId}/child/PlanningTables/{TableId}/child/Data
3. Facing error in POST man

Due to this issue, users not able to load data more than 2619 in custom table in planning.
