FA:SCM:PIM: Unable To Migrate Extensible Flexfield (Doc ID 2582760.1)

Symptoms

Unable to migrate Extensible Flexfield data.

 Steps:

1. Create implementation Project in DEV 4.
2. Create Configuration Project with selected business object (can refer to attachment of this sr)
3. Upload Configuration Project to DEV 5
4. Run Comparison in of Configuration Package in DEV 5 (Complete without error)
5. Start Import Setup Data in DEV 5 (Complete without error but EFF is not migrated into DEV 5)
6. Create Configuration Project including all business object excluding 'File Import Object' and 'Application Audit Policy'
7. Upload Configuration Project to DEV 5
8. Start Import Setup Data in DEV 5 (Complete without error but EFF is not migrated into DEV 5)
9. Create Item functional area configuration package
10. Import the Item functional area configuration package into DEV 5
11. Start Import Setup Data in DEV 5 (Complete without error but EFF is not migrated into DEV 5)
