Symptoms
Users are getting Error 500 message when attempt BI Login or run BI Reports through FA
/analytics
/xmlpserver
"Error 500--Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition whichprevented it from fulfilling the request."
OR
"Unable to Connect to BI Presentation Server"
Changes
Customer performed recent changes for the issued user like rename/ change e-mail address/ change password or user is newly created
