Cart Is Not Being Cleared When Switching Between Sites In Multisite Environment (Doc ID 2582843.1)

Symptoms

In Multiste environment, when the user navigates from one site to another site after adding any item in the cart, the cart does not get cleared. 

-- STEPS TO REPRODUCE --

1. Go to https://<customer-site>/product and add product to cart
2. In cart page check the network tab for (https://<customer-site>/ccstoreui/v1/products?catalogId=<catalog>&productIds=<product-id>&includeHistorical=true&storePriceListGroupId=<pricelist-id>&includeChildSKUsListingIds=true)
3. In query params we can see<pricelist-id> as storePriceListGroupId
4. Now go to another site (https://<customer-site>/<second-site>/product ) add this product to cart
5. Even after adding new product to cart in second site the api throws 400 (Bad request) for https://<customer-site>/ccstoreui/v1/products?catalogId=<catalog1>&productIds=<product1>&includeHistorical=true&storePriceListGroupId=<pricelist-id>&includeChildSKUsListingIds=true
6. Check the productids and storePriceListGroupId, either same productid or same storePriceListGroupId is going in second site api call.
