Symptoms
When attempting to access a P6 EPPM Cloud URL using SAML SSO Authentication, after the company's login page appears and the user enters their SSO credentials, the following error occurs.
An incorrect Username or Password was specified
The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:
- Browse to a P6 EPPM Cloud URL.
- Login using SSO credentials.
- Observe the reported error.
