Outlook Sync Error - Applying List Binding LOV (Doc ID 2583003.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

Outlook Sync error stating "Apply List Binding LOV_For_ActivityTypeCustom_c", while syncing appointments. Issue is that there is a custom field ActivityTypeCustom_c which is FCL has a parent FCL BusinessUserGroup_c.

 

Changes

Fields 'New Activity Type' (ActivityTypeCustom_c) was added to outlook page as standalone first, and then 'New Business User Group' (BusinessUserGroup_c) was added as parent picklist.
