SSO Calls Return 500, Unknown Protocol Error (Doc ID 2583029.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.3.7 version, Store Administration

SSO stopped working after 19C upgrade in TEST

Test env was upgraded to 19c. Afterwards, SSO ceased to function properly. Nothing changed in terms of SSO integration.

1.) Goto https://<Domain_Name>.com/
2.) Try to click login

Console throws an error 500.

These endpoints response seem to be ok for SSO
GET for /ccadminui/v1/merchant/samlSettings
GET /ccadminui/v1/samlIdentityProviders/default
