Symptoms

On Unifier : Any Version that supports Custom Templates

Expected Result

At run-time when the user opens the Custom Report the following settings should be seen, and clicking on the Run button should generate results: Template, Format, Search Parameters, Additional Parameters, and the Run button

Actual Result

The Template and Format settings are not seen, and clicking on the Run button does not generate any results.

Business Impact

Because of this the report fails and data cannot be retrieved.
