Symptoms
On : DataRaker 19-A6, Data Extract Trans and Load
Finger print not found error
We are unable to run any tasks in CN PROD customers. All tasks,which are running were failed with below error.
ERROR

ProbableAccessDeniedError: (541, "INTERNAL_ERROR - access to vhost '/' refused for user 'guest': vhost '/' is down")"
After restarting the same task, we are getting below error.
java.io.IOException: File odr.secret.key.objs.odr.user.fingerprint.json not found in secrets directory

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Restart any task in any environment.
