Sales Credit Recipient Is Not Changing When Opportunity Owner Is Changed

There is automatic territory assignment when an Opportunity is created and user has to add a Product Line while creating Opportunity.
and after that in some cases our users are changing the Owner, but "Sales Credit Recipient" at Product line is not changing.
Due to this when create reports, it is showing the Territory and manager details based on this "Sales Credit Recipient" instead of Opportunity Owner.
Is there is way to update the "Sales Credit Recipient" and his "Territory Name" when Opportunity Owner is changed, Automatically how it is happening while creating Opportunity?
