Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, File Import/Export
Data migration issue while uploading Project contract lines.
In the application we have created multiple lines with one source.But while migrate through FBDL above error facing.We can't edit or delete lines with same source.Because we have many created contracts using those lines.

1. Create import activity
2. Get error
