User has submitted following enhancement request:
Add a filter in Engage to show only the selected labels and not the whole conversation.
As part of users operation with Engage, they use the auto-label feature to identify the contact data that leads leave them in the inbox. They do this by identifying the telephones and email addresses. Their operation would be a lot easier and faster if they could have an extra filter similar to the (All/Unread/Read) option but for labels. Which will save a lot of time by not having to scroll through each conversation to find the labeled one.
