19C Emails: Interface Error Emails Not Sent (Doc ID 2583434.1)

On : 19 C

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

no failure email

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User to receive a failure email.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

For receiving an e-mail notification in case of any failures about interface type file from WMS, please make the following configuration:

1. Go to Output Interface Configuration screen
2. Select Interface type (for example: Custom Inventory Summary Export)
3. Go to Details.
4. Enable Send Failure Email flag
5. Go to Company parameters screen
6. Select INTF_ERROR_EMAIL_LIST (is a parameter used to set up email notifications for any interfaces that fail to process into the WMS. The email(s) populated in this parameter will receive details on the file, reference value (eg. Order Number) and reason for failing)
7. Populate multiple emails with commas
