Inventory For Newly Created Products Not Available In Export (Doc ID 2583440.1)

Symptoms

Newly created and untouched products are not creating a corresponding entry in inventory repository,  So products are exported,  these records does not show-up in exported records. 

 

Steps to recreate this issue: 

1. Create a new product and a SKU

2. Navigate to inventory and observe that it has entry for this product with default values.

3. Bulk export inventory and observe that this Product does not get exported.
