Symptoms

In an EBS/IDCS/Azure environment where Azure is the IdP, logout from EBS ends in the Windows Azure page: "You signed out of your account It is a good idea to close all browser windows"

 

 

Trying to access EBS from the same browser (without first closing it) gives the following error in IDCS: "There is a problem with your account. Please contact support"
