Receive "The request is blocked by XSS filter." When Searching for Report Data With Operator "Like" and "0" for Starting Data (Doc ID 2583697.1)

When attempting to Call a BI Publisher Report with the Search Parameters of "Project Name" (Or any other) starting with a 0, and other search criteria, the following pop up error occurs.

ERROR

XSS Alert shows:
The request is blocked by XSS filter. Logging in again may help in some cases.
Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

STEPS

1. Navigate to the Report
2. Open the Report
3. Enter Search Parameter for "Project Number" when using "like" as the special operator for the field as (000#) where # is a non zero number
4. Enter Search Parameter for " Period Through" when using "equals" as the special operator for the field as the Date selected by the system using Month/year
   
   Very quickly the system returns the XSS filter error.
